All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

We ship to North America, Europe, Asia and most of the rest of the world. Rates are shown in US dollars and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships, not from the day you place it, and they are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather and carrier backlogs can add time that is outside our control.
Duties & import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email support@fitinybags.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
