Shrinking a shoulder bag is harder than it sounds. Go too small and the strap stops sitting correctly and the bag rides up. The shapes here are cut to keep a proper shoulder line at a mini footprint.

Questions

How is this different from a mini crossbody?

How it is worn. A shoulder bag has a shorter drop and sits under the arm; a crossbody has a longer strap and sits across the body. Some styles convert — the product page says so if they do.

Will it stay on my shoulder?

Strap width and drop both affect this. Both are listed in inches on the product page. Wider straps slip less.

Is lambskin too delicate for daily use?

It is softer and marks more easily than cowhide. For daily use with keys and a phone it is fine; for rougher handling choose cowhide.
